Shifts

The tablet clock is the product. The rota sits next to it.

One login per company. Staff use a phone. Managers run a week grid. Site tablets take Employee ID in and out — no personal inbox on the shop floor.

Start a 60-day trial Log in

No card. Two locations and 25 people on trial, then pay per location.

Shared tablet

Huge keypad, hashed kiosk PIN, visiting badge, stuck-clock alerts. Add to Home Screen so it looks like an app.

Week grid

People down, days across. Publish with overlap, skill, rest, and “can’t do” checks. Auto-fill from last week without dumping early shifts on people who marked them unavailable.

Own-device login

Email, password, and Google Authenticator. Trust a browser for 30 days. The kiosk never uses that login.

Price

60 days free. Then Stripe per active location / month. Archive a site and it drops off the bill. Casual headcount does not change it.

Questions

No. The clock works as soon as the Employee ID exists. Authenticator is only for the website.

Company signup needs a work email. Staff invites can use any inbox. HQ can whitelist a consumer domain if that is genuinely the company.
