Draft terms for Shifts. Have a lawyer review before a real company pays. English only in this version.
The service
Shifts lets a company publish rotas, run a shared-tablet clock, and manage holidays. A 60-day trial is capped (2 locations, 25 people) and does not need a card. After the trial and a 7-day grace, publishing and kiosk punches pause until they subscribe per active location.
Accounts
Company signup must use a work email (consumer inboxes such as Gmail or Hotmail are blocked unless HQ allows that domain). Staff may be invited on any email. The tablet clock uses Employee ID only.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, share kiosk PINs with people who should not exit the tablet, or use Shifts to store data you have no right to process.
Your company is responsible
The customer company is responsible for who they invite, how they use clock data, and employment law in their country. We host the software; we are not their HR department.
Availability
We aim to keep Shifts up but do not promise uninterrupted service in this draft.
Law
These draft terms are intended for an EU-hosted service. Governing law will be set when the operating company is formed.
